By accessing the h999 platform at h999.ng, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. • Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference from the platform. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, h999 reserves the right to void the transaction.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet. h999 is not responsible for odds changes that occur between the time you view a market and the time your bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the betting interface. h999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and for any account.

• Errors in odds: If odds are published incorrectly due to a technical error, typographic mistake or data feed issue, h999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price and return stakes to the player's account balance.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud h999 or other players, including through chargebacks, false identity, stolen payment methods or misrepresentation of any kind.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets using insider knowledge obtained through illegal means, or participating in any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game category, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated fish game play.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, VPN services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or any other third-party software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your account, whether for betting, withdrawals or any other purpose. Each account is for the sole use of the registered holder.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, h999 will attempt to notify the account holder by email. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals and betting activity will be frozen. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and any held balance released. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach.

Before closing an account, any pending bets will be settled and the available balance will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method.
